Perform genome-wise association (GWAS) study

Goals:

Given a set of SNPs detect genomic associations with given traits

Why:

These studies help to understand the connection between the genotype and the phenotype (particularly disease phenotype, or individual differences in response to treatment, etc.)

Input data:

Genome-wide SNPs and disease traits for human populations

Pipeline:

to be described

Deliverables:

A list of SNPs having significant associations with given traits.
